我們的退換貨期間是從收到貨起算30天內，超過期限恕不接受退換貨。退換貨和保固目前僅限定於台灣和離島地區，其它地區因技術原因暫不開放！退換貨請附原訂單和收據，並自付運費。
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you receive the purchase item, we can’t offer your refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
保固與維修
收到產品時請詳閱安裝使用說明，有些產品需要遵循一定的安裝步驟。請勿使用無痕掛勾。時鐘的保固是以機芯為主，但是不包括時鐘本體和表面加工色澤等！ 若年代久遠部件已無原件，將以維修或近似件替換！
退款
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to youroriginal method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
延遲或遺漏退款
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {nctclockmarketing@gmail.com}.
特價商品
Regular priced items may be refunded. Some sale items cannot be refunded.
換貨
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {nctclockmarketing@gmail.com} and send your item to: {台中市梧棲區自立路375號； 蔡小姐收}.
產品寄回
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 台中市梧棲區自立路375號，時光城倉庫； 蔡小姐收
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
